Program Development

Registration Ready Strategy

Through the Aegis Platform, businesses and projects will develop their personalized QA Program by integrating the following 6 stages of the standard:

  1. Policies, Objectives, Tenets, and Scope

  2. Quality Management System (QMS), Processes, and KPIs

  3. Control of External Providers and Partnerships

  4. Internal / External Risks and Opportunities, and Feedback Mechanisms

  5. Management Reviews, Corrective Actions, and Internal Audits

  6. Quality Framework, QMS Documentation, and Documentation Control

QA Program development takes about 3-6 months and includes weekly (bi-weekly) meetings until the program is completed. The Pantheon will accommodate to teams' schedules on a case-by-case basis.

In order to finish registration, the business or project will utilize their program for approximately 3 months. Then the team will conduct a full internal review and management review. Upon completion, the final steps are taken to become accredited:

  1. Stage 1 Review and Audit (Preliminary Capability Audit)

  2. Stage 2 Review and Audit (Full Registration Audit)

  3. Delivered NFT for accreditation and begin registration sustainment cycles
